You (the customer) have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The 14 day cancellation period starts from the day on which you or a third party named by you, that is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction to make this repayment, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; there will be no case in that you are charged any fees for this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until evidence is provided by you that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days starting from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send to us the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

You carry all the direct costs related to returning the goods.

You must pay for any loss in value of the products if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal exists in principle, but does not apply to:
– Goods that have been sealed, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and therefore are not suitable for a return after the seal has been removed
– Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications.

Customers are asked to treat products that they plan to return with care!
