The processing time of an order is usually between 1 – 4 business days with deviations possible.
We ship with Österreichische Post including insurance and tracking.
Delivery times for packages are:
– Austria: 2-3 working days
– Countries of the European Union: 2-10 working days
– Rest of the world: 5-25 working days

We do not charge any shipping costs to European countries.
For shipments to non-European countries we charge €40.
Note that for shipping to countries that are not part of the European Union, any import VAT and customs charges must be payed by you.
